The Company’s principal business is to assist jobseekers in writing resumes, CVs and provides services to assist users in relation to employment opportunities.

This includes information you provide when you register to use the Website, subscribe to our service, search for opportunities, enter a promotion or survey and when you report a problem with the Website. Such data transfer has been notified to the Information Commissioner's Office in compliance with the DPA. 5.3 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any sensitive information, such as credit/debit card numbers will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
5.4 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
6.4 We will attempt to resolve any complaint that you may have in relation to data protection issues. In the alternative, or if you are not happy with our final response, you have the right to have your complaint dealt with by the ICO.
